Stress and anxiety are part of life, but when they begin to interfere with your daily activities, relationships, and wellbeing, it’s important to get the right support.
At my resilient space, we offer therapeutic coaching that combines a selection of evidence-based practices from cognitive behavioural coaching (CBC), mindfulness, visualization, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help you take control of your mental and emotional health.

At my resilient space we don’t offer prescriptive solutions; instead, our coaching is designed to help you to find your own agency, giving you the confidence to make changes that feel right for you.
- Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC): We’ll work to identify and challenge the thought patterns that fuel your anxiety, helping you create healthier, more positive thought processes.
- Mindfulness: We’ll provide the tools to help you to stay present in the moment, without being overwhelmed by worries about the past or future. Mindfulness techniques will help you manage stress and regain a sense of calm.
- Visualization: We’ll guide you in using visualization techniques to imagine and create a positive future, giving you the mental clarity to move forward with confidence.
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): We’ll work with you to help you accept difficult emotions, rather than trying to avoid or control them, allowing you to live a more fulfilled life while learning to manage discomfort.
